Brilliant III Ultra-Fast SYBRR QPCR Master Mixes with low/high ROX passive reference dye deliver superior specificity by utilizing a novel faster-activating hot start method to minimize the formation of primer-dimers and other off-target reactions. These unique reagents are equally robust and reproducible across a variety of assays on fast cycling real-time platforms. Reliable and reproducible data Novel fast Taq mutant for qPCR results in under 35 minutes Resistant to common QPCR inhibitors (i.e. whole blood, humic acid, NaCl) Enhanced rapid hot start capability saves time and reduces primer-dimer formation Convenient pre-blended formulations compatible with any SYBR Green dye Available with low or high ROX concentrations For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
