人NR3C1探针包括一组Quasar® 570标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起，终浓度是5 nmol，按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人NR3C1的转录本。
探针设计依据：Product was designed against nuclear receptor subfamily 3, group C, member 1 (glucocorticoid receptor) NR3C1 a.k.a. GR; GCR; GRL; GCCR (NCBI gene ID:2908) and nucleotides 480-1429, 1508-1676, 1677-1844, 1961-2515 of NM_000176.2. This is an inclusive and exclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_000176, NM_001018074, NM_001018075, NM_001018076, NM_001018077, NM_001020825, NM_001024094, NM_001204258, NM_001204259, NM_001204260, NM_001204261, NM_001204262, NM_001204263, NM_001204264, NM_001204265, XM_005268419, XM_005268420, XM_005268421, XM_005268422, XM_005268423, XM_005268424, XM_005268425, and XM_005268426, and with 17 oligos: XM_005268427.
