人EZH2探针包括一组Quasar® 570标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起，终浓度是5 nmol，按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人EZH2的转录本。
探针设计依据：Product was designed against enhancer of zeste 2 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit EZH2 a.k.a. WVS; ENX1; EZH1; KMT6; WVS2; ENX-1; EZH2b; KMT6A (NCBI gene ID:2146) and nucleotides 223-412, 557-1724, 1851-2697 of NM_001203247.1 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_004456, NM_152998, NM_001203248, NM_001203249, XM_005249962, XM_005249963, XM_005249964, XM_006715883, XM_006715884, XM_006715885, XM_006715886, and XM_006715887.
