人ESR1探针包括一组CAL Fluor® Red 610标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起，终浓度是5 nmol，按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人ESR1的转录本。
探针设计依据：Product was designed against estrogen receptor 1 ESR1 a.k.a. ER; ESR; Era; ESRA; ESTRR; NR3A1 (NCBI gene ID:2099) and nucleotides 687-877, 878-994, 995-1330, 1331-1469, 1470-1603 of NM_000125.3. This is an inclusive and exclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001122740, NM_001122741, NM_001291230, XM_006715374, XM_006715375, ENST00000338799, ENST00000427531, and ENST00000440973, and partially: ENST00000206249 (exons 14 and 15a), ENST00000406599, (exon 15a), ENST00000415488 (exons 10, 14, 15b), ENST00000443427 (exons 9, 10, 14, 15a), ENST00000456483 (exons 9, 10, 14, 15a), and ENST00000482101 (exon 11), but NOT: ENST00000404742, ENST00000446550, ENST00000473497, or ENST00000488573. Note: Avoids similar sequence to ESR2, ESRRA, ESRRB, and ESRRG within second common exon.

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
