This is an inclusive and exclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001122740, NM_001122741, NM_001291230, XM_006715374, XM_006715375, ENST00000338799, ENST00000427531, and ENST00000440973, and partially: ENST00000206249 (exons 14 and 15a), ENST00000406599, (exon 15a), ENST00000415488 (exons 10, 14, 15b), ENST00000443427 (exons 9, 10, 14, 15a), ENST00000456483 (exons 9, 10, 14, 15a), and ENST00000482101 (exon 11), but NOT: ENST00000404742, ENST00000446550, ENST00000473497, or ENST00000488573. Note: Avoids similar sequence to ESR2, ESRRA, ESRRB, and ESRRG within second common exon.

Designed to detect ESR1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against estrogen receptor 1 ESR1 a.k.a.
