人ACTB探针包括一组Quasar® 670标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起，终浓度是5 nmol，按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人ACTB的转录本。
探针设计依据：Product was designed against actin, beta ACTB a.k.a. BRWS1; PS1TP5BP1 (NCBI gene ID:60) and nucleotides 337-1811 of NM_001101.3 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001101.3, XM_006715764.1, AK309997. Due to sequence similarities, potential cross-hybridization to RNAs from the following genes may occur: ACTA1, ACTA2, ACTB, ACTBL2, ACTC1, ACTG1, ACTG2, ACTL6A, ACTL6B, ACTL7A, ACTL7B, ACTL8, ACTL9, ACTL10, ACTR5, ACTR8, ACTRT2, POTEA, POTEB, LOC102724631, POTEB2, POTEC, POTED, LOC100288966, POTEE, POTEF, POTEG, POTEH, POTEI, POTEJ, POTEM, LOC100508046.
