Product was designed against actin, beta ACTB a.k.a. BRWS1; PS1TP5BP1 (NCBI gene ID:60) and nucleotides 337-1811 of NM_001101.3 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001101.3, XM_006715764.1, AK309997. Due to sequence similarities, potential cross-hybridization to RNAs from the following genes may occur: ACTA1, ACTA2, ACTB, ACTBL2, ACTC1, ACTG1, ACTG2, ACTL6A, ACTL6B, ACTL7A, ACTL7B, ACTL8, ACTL9, ACTL10, ACTR5, ACTR8, ACTRT2, POTEA, POTEB, LOC102724631, POTEB2, POTEC, POTED, LOC100288966, POTEE, POTEF, POTEG, POTEH, POTEI, POTEJ, POTEM, LOC100508046.
该探针没有在同物种或其它物种的同源和直系同源序列上验证可能的交叉杂交。
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human ACTB with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect ACTB transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against actin, beta ACTB a.k.a. BRWS1; PS1TP5BP1 (NCBI gene ID:60) and nucleotides 337-1811 of NM_001101.3 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001101.3, XM_006715764.1, AK309997. Due to sequence similarities, potential cross-hybridization to RNAs from the following genes may occur: ACTA1, ACTA2, ACTB, ACTBL2, ACTC1, ACTG1, ACTG2, ACTL6A, ACTL6B, ACTL7A, ACTL7B, ACTL8, ACTL9, ACTL10, ACTR5, ACTR8, ACTRT2, POTEA, POTEB, LOC102724631, POTEB2, POTEC, POTED, LOC100288966, POTEE, POTEF, POTEG, POTEH, POTEI, POTEJ, POTEM, LOC100508046. Note that due to potential cross-hybridization to RNA from other genes, this probe set is best used as a positive control for establishing the Stellaris RNA FISH method and not for single molecule quantification. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
