人EEF2_intron探针包括一组Quasar® 570标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起，终浓度是5 nmol，按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人EEF2_intron的转录本。
