详细描述：
The cytokine MIF also known as Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor has been is secreted by the pituitary gland and monocytes/macrophages playing an important role in endotoxic shock. MIF has the unique property of being released from macrophages and T cells in response to physiological concentrations of glucocorticoids. The secretion of MIF is tightly regulated and decreases at high, anti-inflammatory steroid concentration.
Formulation:1 mg/ml solution in 50 mM Tris (pH 8), 0.5 mM DTT, 10% glycerol.
