详细描述：
CXCL9 is a chemoattractant for activated T cells having angiostatic activity. Both CXCL9 and CXCL10 have been considered as important components for the anti-tumor activities of interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and interleukin-12 in animal models. Human MIG is induced in THP-1 cells and in peripheral blood mononuclear cells by interferon-gamma but not by interferon-alpha or by lipopolysaccharides. Analysis of mouse and human genomic DNAs suggested that the respective human and murine genes are true mouse-human homologues.
Formulation:White, lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml), sterilefiltered protein solution in 20 mM phosphare buffer (pH7.4), 50 mM NaCl with no additives.
