详细描述：
Nanog is a regulatory protein that is associated with undifferentiated pluripotent cells. The expression of Nanog, which is suppressed in all adult tissues, is restricted to embryonic ste cells and to certain pluripotent cancer cells. Decreased expression of Nanog is strongly correlated with cell differentiation. Nanog, most likely, acts as an intracellular regulator, which maintains pluripotency and self renewal via a STAT3 independent pathway. Recombinant human Nanog is a 34.6 kDa non-glycosylated, single polypeptide chain consisting of 305 amino acids (aa 1-305) and purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Sterile-filtered, colorless solution (1mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4 M urea and 5% glycerol.
