详细描述：
TRAIL Receptor-3, also known as TNFRSF10C belongs to the TNF-receptor super family. TNFRSF10C contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain as well as a transmembrane domain, however no cytoplasmic death domain. Furthermore, TNFRSF10C is not capable of inducing apoptosis, and is considered to act as an antagonistic receptor which protects cells from TRAILinduced apoptosis. Human recombinant TNFRSF10C produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 234 amino acids (aa 26-236), having a molecular mass of 24.6 kDa. Recombinant TNFRSF10C is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus and has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
