详细描述：
CD84 belongs to the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) family which forms a subset of the greater CD2 cell-surface receptor Ig superfamily. CD84, a membrane glycoprotein, is a homophilic adhesion molecule found in various immune cells types and takes part in regulating receptor-mediated signaling in those cells. Recombinant human CD84 produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain of 302 amino acids (aa 22-225) and a molecular mass of 25.4 kDa. CD84 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus. It has been purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered, clear protein solution (1 mg/1ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.
