详细描述：
CD70 also known as TNFSF7 is a cytokine which binds to CD27. TNFSF7 takes part in T-cell activation and also induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells. Moreover, it enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells. Diseases which are associated with TNFSF7 include acute myocarditis. Human recombinant TNFSF7 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 178 amino acids (aa 39-193), having a molecular mass of 19.5 kDa. TNFSF7 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus and has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer, (pH 8.0)and 10% glycerol.
