详细描述：
Human interleukin family 1, member 7 (IL-1F7) belongs to the Interleukin 1 cytokine family. There are 5 alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms with distinct expression profiles. The longest IL-1F7 transcript, named IL-1F7b or IL-1F7 isoform 1, encodes a 218 aa residues proprotein containing a 45 aa propeptide which is cleaved to produce a mature protein. IL-1F7b binds to IL-18 Rb with low affinity however it does not exert any IL-18 agonistic or antagonistic effects. IL-1F7b also binds IL-18BP (Interleukin-18 binding protein), which is an inhibitory binding protein of Interleukin-18 (IL-18), and afterward forms a complex with IL-18 receptor beta subunit, and through which it inhibits the activity of IL-18. Human recombinant Interleukin-37 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 167 amino acids (Lys27-Asp192) and has a molecular mass of 18.6 kDa. The recombinant IL-37 has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: White (freeze-dried) powder. Lyophilized from a sterile-filtered (0.2 µm) protein solution in 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl and 2 mM DTT (pH 7.4).
