详细描述：
IL-17 is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells. It regulates the activities of NF-kappaB and mitogen-activated protein kinases and can stimulate the expression of IL-6 and cyclooxygenase-2 (PTGS2/COX-2), as well as enhance the production of nitric oxide (NO). High levels of IL-17 are associated with several chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis. Human recombinant IL-17 Receptor beta (IL-17RB) produced in Sf9 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain of 514 amino acids (aa 18-292), having a molecular mass of 57.2 kDa (migrates at 50-70 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IL-17RB is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at the C-terminus and has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
