详细描述：
Interleukin-13 Receptor, alpha 2 (IL-13RA2) is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family, Type 5 subfamily. IL-13RA2 is related to lL-13RA1, a subunit of the Interleukin-13 receptor complex. IL-13RA2 binds IL-13 with high affinity, though lacking the cytoplasmic domain, and does not appear to function as a signal mediator. IL-13RA2 plays a role in the internalization of IL-13. Human recombinant IL-13RA2 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 340 amino acids (27-343 a.a.), having a molecular mass of 39.5 kDa. IL-13RA2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer, (pH 8.0) 0.4 M urea and 10% glycerol.
