详细描述：
IL-12 is a heterodimeric cytokine that stimulates the production of Interferon gamma from Tcells and natural killer cells, and also induces differentiation of Th1 helper cells. It is an initiator of cell-mediated immunity. IL 12R beta1 produced in Sf9 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (aa 24-545) fused to a 6 aa His-tag at the C-terminus. It contains a total of 528 amino acids and has a molecular mass of 58.4 kDa. IL-12RB1 shows multiple bands between 50-70 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation: Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4), 20% glycerol, 1 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM PMSF.
