Recombinant Human Interleukin-7 (rHu IL-7) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which affects Pre-B, Pro-B and early T-cells. It will also affect mature T-cells in combination with other factors such as IL2. |Human recombinant Interleukin-7 produced in yeast is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain of 152 amino acids having a molecular mass of 17.4 kDa. It has been purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml), sterile-filtered protein solution in 20 mM phosphate buffer.
