详细描述：
IL-7 is a secreted cytokine of the hemopoietin family that primarily affects early B and T cells and plays an important role in stimulating the proliferation of lymphoid progenitors. IL-7 is produced by stromal epithelial cells of the thymus, bone marrow, and intestines. Recombinant Human Interleukin-7 (rHu IL-7) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which affects Pre-B, Pro-B and early T-cells. It will also affect mature T-cells in combination with other factors such as IL-2. Human and murine IL-7 share 60% sequence homology at the primary level and known to exhibit cross species activity. Designated CD127, the human IL-7 receptor is a strongly glycosylated membrane protein of 76 kDa. Recombinant Human IL-7 is a 17.7 kDa, nonglycosylated protein.
Formulation:Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered protein solution in sodium phosphate and NaCl.
