详细描述：
Human Interleukin-6 (rHu IL-6) is is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which affects Blymphocytes, T-lymphocytes and hybridoma cells. It is a cytokine with a wide variety of biological functions: it plays an essential role in the final differentiation of B-cells into Ig-secreting cells, it induces myeloma and plasmacytoma growth, it induces nerve cells differentiation, and in hepatocytes it induces acute phase reactants. rHu IL-6 will also affect cytotoxic T-cells in combination with other factors such as IL-2 and Interferon-gamma. Recombinant human IL-6 produced in HEK cells is a glycosylated monomer, having a molecular weight range of 26-30 kDa due to glycosylation. It has been purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Sterile-filtered, white, lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Lyophilized from a concentrated protein solution (1 mg/ml) in 1xPBS.
