详细描述：
Interleukin-1 receptor type 1 (IL-1R1) associates with the co-receptor IL1-RAP to form the high affinity Interleukin-1 receptor complex, which mediates Interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways. IL-1R1 is a central mediator involved in numerous cytokine induced immune and inflammatory responses. Human recombinant IL-1R1 produced in Sf9 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain of 324 amino acids (21-336a.a.) and has a molecular mass of 37.4 kDa (migrates at 40-57 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IL-1R1 is fused to 8 amino acid His-tag at the C-terminus and has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Sterile-filtered colorless protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
