详细描述：
Interfereon alpha 7 (IFN-A7) is a member of the alpha/beta interferon family. IFN-A7 is generated by macrophages. IFN-alpha has antiviral functions. Interferon promotes the production of 2 enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase. Recombinant human IFN-A7 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 191 amino acids (24-189 a.a), having a molecular mass of 22.3 kDa. IFN-A7 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus and purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Sterile-filtered, clear protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
