详细描述：
The FGF family plays central roles during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and . FGF-19, a member of the FGF family, is a high affinity heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. FGF-19 is expressed during the brain development and embryogenesis. Recombinant human FGF-19 is a 21.8 kDa single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain of 195 amino acid residues. Recombinant FGF-19 has been purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:Lyophilized from a sterile-filtered (0.2 µm filter), concentrated (1 mg/ml) protein solution in 1XPBS (pH 7.5).
