详细描述：
Recombinant Human Granulocyte and Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (rHu GM-CSF) is a potent species specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. It is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. Human GM-CSF produced in yeast is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain of 127 amino acids and a molecular mass of 26-32 kDa. rhu GM-CSF differs from the natural human GM-CSF by a substitution of leucine at position 23 (R to L), and the carbohydrate moiety may be different from the native protein.
Formulation:The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution containing 10 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), 40 mg mannitol and 10 mg sucrose.
