详细描述：
Fibronectin is an attachment factor that facilitates the attachment and cytoplasmic spreading of all types of anchoragedependent cells. Fibronectin is particularly useful for cells that are not capable of synthesizing their own biomatrix or when culturing cells in serum-free medium. PromoCell Fibronectin is a clear sterile solution obtained by affinity purification on gelatin-sepharose from irradiated citrated bovine or human plasma, respectively. The Fibronectin solutions contain 1 mg/ml Fibronectin and buffer salts.
Quality Control: All lots of PromoCell cell attachment factors are subjected to comprehensive quality control tests. Each lot is routinely tested for coating efficiency, absence of cytotoxicity and promotion of cell attachment and growth. Approved inhouse lots are used as a reference. In addition, all lots have been tested for the absence of microbial contaminants (fungi, bacteria).
